Much of the food offered is prepared from local produce and includes home made jams and locally produced honey.

Celery (In tomato ketchup, which is available, on request, to accompany cooked breakfast.)
Cereals containing gluten Cereals, breads and sausages. Gluten free alternatives are available by prior arrangement. (In brown sauce, which is available, on request, to accompany cooked breakfast.)
Fish We add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, (which contains anchovies) to our mushrooms, unless you have specified that you would like a vegetarian breakfast.
Lupin seeds Bread and flour
Milk Milk, butter, muesli. Butter is also used to cook mushrooms and scrambled egg
Mustard Available to accompany cooked breakfast, if requested.
Soya Bread. (In brown sauce, which is available, on request, to accompany cooked breakfast.)
Sulphur dioxide These are in some fruit juice drinks, but are not listed on the Sulphites packaging of the fruit juice we serve. Sodium metabisulphite in sausages.
For guests taking statins, please be aware that our homemade marmalade contains 3 fruits – orange, lemon and grapefruit.
