Full English breakfast is included in the price and evening meals are available by negotiation. We are keen to tailor packages to individual requirements and will do our best to accommodate requests.

We welcome families and offer a baby-sitting service and earlier meals for children. We have a selection of books and games for all ages and are happy to make these available to you should you so require. We ask guests not to smoke anywhere inside the guesthouse.

Single occupancy £40
Children under two stay free when sharing a room with
one or more adults. (Cot provided)
Children in their own room are charged at normal adult rates
Children sharing a room with one or more adults are charged at a reduced rate Please enquire for details.

10% discount for 3+ nights

We reserve the right to charge one full night stay if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance.

We only accept payment by cash or cheque. see tariffs

A deposit for half the amount is requested if a booking is made up to one week prior to your arrival.
